Introduction

At Appdeed, we are committed to creating a positive and respectful environment for all users of our software platform (“Appdeed,” “Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Content Moderation Policy (also referred to as “Community Guidelines”) outlines the rules and guidelines for acceptable content and user conduct on the Appdeed Platform. By using Appdeed products or services, you agree to adhere to these guidelines. These guidelines are in addition to, and should be read in conjunction with, our Terms of Service [Link to your Terms of Service once online].

Transparency (where possible): We strive to be transparent about our content moderation policies and processes, within the bounds of user privacy and platform security.

We will typically attempt to notify users of moderation actions where feasible and legally permissible. However, we may take action without notice when necessary for user safety or platform integrity.

Content Moderation Processes

Our content moderation may involve:

Automated Tools: AI-powered analysis, keyword filters, and other tools to detect potentially violating content. These support human review and are not solely relied upon.

Human Review: Moderators review flagged or reported content and make final decisions based on these guidelines.

User Reporting: Users can report content or conduct they believe violates these guidelines. Reports are reviewed promptly.

Appeals Process

If you believe a moderation action was taken in error, you may appeal by contacting us at legal@appdeed.com within 7 days of the action. Provide details and your reasons for the appeal. We will review and make a final determination. Some decisions, especially involving clear and severe violations, may not be appealable.

Changes to this Content Moderation Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in community standards, platform features, legal requirements, or moderation practices. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Policy on our official website and updating the “Last Updated” date. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
